SIREN

In ancient times, Sirens were the mysterious masters of the sea, steering fate with their enchanting voices. We have reimagined this legend for the modern era. Our USV 'Siren' does not use song to mislead sailors, but relies on high-speed data streams and advanced computer vision to chart the safest course. By merging ancient inspiration with cutting-edge robotics, we have engineered a vessel that sees the unseen. The legend has awakened—ready to dominate the Blue Homeland.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

Power is managed through a robust distribution system using 6S LiPo batteries, ensuring efficient energy delivery to the thrusters and mission computer. The design prioritizes safety with waterproof cabling, overload protection, and accessible emergency stop mechanisms, allowing the vehicle to operate securely under high-current demands.
Our autonomous navigation relies on custom Python and C++ algorithms running on an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin. Utilizing ZED 2i cameras for depth sensing and object detection, the system executes complex tasks like path planning and docking with high precision, supported by long-range RFD900x telemetry for real-time data monitoring.

Built for stability and durability, the vessel features a catamaran hull 3D-printed from ABS and reinforced with fiberglass. The design incorporates modular subsystems, including a custom ball-throwing unit and a precise water-spraying mechanism, ensuring reliable performance in dynamic marine environments while maintaining a lightweight structure.
